[scribus] clarification on precise adjustment of frame in 1.3.5.1

I just tried this and it works as advertised in 1.3.5 -

hold Ctrl down for tens of units
hold Shift for tenths of units
Ctrl + Shift same as baseline - units
Shift + Alt for hundredths of units

I've just launched 1.3.5.1 in Linux, create new single page, insert a 
text frame, type some text, F2, click on X-Pos
using cursor up or down keys with any combination of above it only 
adjusts in baseline units.

If I use mouse wheel it appears to be working aok

I was sure I had a problem yesterday with mouse wheel as well but that 
was on a Windows box.

Does the cursor keys work for you ?
