[scribus] Setting page numbering

Actually I didn't ask the wrong question in this case. I just couldn't
find the sectioning feature in Scribus. This is not going to be
published for general readership so I'm concerned with setting this up
as you describe. But thanks for the clarification. I do appreciate the
information.
