[scribus] Using Scribus for graphic novels

Scribus is entirely appropriate for this. The biggest issue is likely to 
be memory management and Scribus slowing down with too many pages.

First, plan to break up your project to 25-30 pages or so, then you can 
join the PDFs afterward.

Use at least the 1.3.8 version of Scribus. Depending on your OS, you may 
want to experiment with 1.5.0svn -- use a copy of your file in case you 
have to go back to 1.3.8 for some reason. 1.5.0svn has some new 
capabilities for image caching that you might find helpful, especially 
as your project becomes sizable.
