[scribus] The properties palette doesn't show

Andrew,
I've had the same problem. Click on the "Window" tab in the toolbar at the
top, then select "Properties" from the list. This should fix it.

For some reason, the properties palette decided to stop appearing, making  
this program unusable. Why did this happen and how can I fix it?
