[scribus] Obtaining PDFX-3 from Scribus 1.3.3.14

in 1.3.3.14 you have to fill the "info string" in the pre-press tab.

in 1.4 it's automatically filled with a dummy text.

don't know which way is better... probably, the best would be to define 
standards which require meaningful fields... or use the standards for 
what they are defined :-)
