[scribus] Can scribus support this character?

Hi Sinead, I've used Scribus to create books/mags with Irish words. If
you've installed an Irish Keyboard on either Win or Linux, you get
fadas by holding down AltGr+vowel (or AltGr+Shift+vowel for caps).
Don't know how Mac does it.
