It seems to me that with older versions of Scribus, if you held Ctrl and Shift down
when using the up and down arrows, the frame moved much less than when only the
arrows were used. I just tried it with 1.4.0rc5 and Ctrl + shift has no effect. Is my
memory playing tricks on me?
