If you check the online Manual under Working with Frames > How to use
spinboxes, you can see a rundown of current methods that I think is
accurate.
This having been said, Apple, in its "think different" mode, wants to
make its hardware function obtuse. Who needs 2 mouse buttons anyway?
Perhaps some other Mac user help by letting us know if there is some Mac
equivalent of Shift + mousewheel...
