[scribus] Save As Image : I can't find TIF or JPG options on 1.4.0.rc6 for Mac

I would like to export a JPG of my project and don't see the option.  Only see options for bmp, png, ppm, xpm, xbm

According
 to the link below, I should be able to export as a TIF or JPG as well. 
 Am I doing something wrong or do I need a plug-in?
