[scribus] Installing Scribus 1.4.0 on Debian SID

I can't find such directory: http://debian.scribus.net/debian/keys/
Following the steps described here:

gpg_key_to_your_package_manager_using_gui-apt-key
I can't install scribus-archive-keyring using the Automated way, but can
to install it manually:
$ gpg --keyserver wwwkeys.pgp.net --recv-keys EEF818CF
$ gpg --armor --export EEF818CF | sudo apt-key add -
It seems that the Automated way doesn't work.
