[scribus] Fix for missing images when reloading a file

when the document is
in /home/erich/__ALO/SomeThing/SomeThing/SomeThingAgain/2012 it is a
problem.

It is off by one ../. To make matters worse, after each loading/saving
cycle one more ../ gets added. In some cases even one extra ../usr/home
was added.
