This I don't agree with. Especially for headers in Scribus, using
paragraph styles works very well, allows you to modify your header style
and thereby affect all the headers in your document. In LibreOffice, you
can make styles there and Scribus will import them. This is how we managed
the 400+ page Scribus, The Official Manual, by creating the book,
importing to LibreOffice (probably was OpenOffice then), and then when
edits/corrections were needed, editing them in OO.org, reimporting.

Yes, I agree, this would be a useful feature.
