I'm not too enlightened about github but I would like to be.  Therefore, if
you can be patient with me, I'll use that method.

I am in the process of getting a quarterly magazine issue out at the moment
so I will not have much time to work on this for about 10 days until the
issue is sent to the printer.  So, that is another obstacle in my path
immediately.

However, I will devote the time necessary to learning github and then
working on the project as quickly as I can dispatch the .pdf off to the
printer.  My goal for that is October 22, 2012.
