Hi Andrew,

Don't give up, and I suspect the "tips" suggestion is just that, common-sense.

I don't know what your problem is, but I'd be surprised if it is simply 100
images. I have produced a full colour photo book with text, which includes 250
images, mostly at high resolution, and Scribus handled it all perfectly without
any complaints whatsoever.

When creating the book, I worked with each chapter individually, simply to
reduce the potential for "lag", and to reduce any *possible* problems with
numbers of images, but really more to make my work-time more responsive. When
it came to putting 250 images into the book, all at once, at the end of the
project, and doing final editing/tweaking, I still had on problems whatsoever.
