[scribus] Images location problem

I save my documents in a unique folder (I'm sure everyone does), and within
that folder, I have a folder named "images." If I move the file, I download
the "mother" folder, and the folders inside go with it. It's a workaround,
but the alternative is to have zillion megabyte files in Scribus, rather
than the smaller ones we have now. The one problem I've found is emailing
those "mother" folders as zipped files, since gmail doesn't like folders
like that (normally, I would simply email the containing folder to myself
as a zipped file, making it accessible wherever I was). Don't know if this
helps, but Scribus monitors the relative location of its files, not the
absolute location. I've had no trouble once I began to do that--but then I
produce relatively simple things, like newsletters, not coffeetable books.
