[Scribus] Suse 9.3 Qt Issues

For those running Suse 9.3 and having issues with weird Yes/No mixups in 
messageboxes etc, export QT_NO_KDE_INTEGRATION=1 and then run scribus. This 
should fix the problem, until the issue is fix in their code.
