[scribus] how does scribus do justification? - Thanks

Much thanks to both a.l.e and dijo for their helpful suggestions!   I do 
not yet have OOo but it sounds like I better give it a try.   

Re: dijo - inter-word kerning, Word will allow that, but it is manual and 
applies to all selected text, and is not availabe for automatic justification 
afaik (at least in my older version), which was disappointing.
